Simple Compliance Steps To Avoid IRCA Violations
May 24th, 2008Most employers are first acquainted with the Immigration Reform and Control Act (”IRCA”) through meeting their obligations to complete the I-9 form for each employee hired. The I-9 form must be completed no later than three days of employment (or on the first day of employment if less than three days). The failure to do this is a violation of IRCA.
